In CAKE Life, you gather online with other smart women who have lost themselves through challenging relationships. The offerings include:
Choosing a Recipe (intention setting) session on the 1st day of each month
Baking Tips (Q&A) sessions (2) each month
Red Seal Chefs sessions (sister circle, 2 each month) in which women in the community share their challenges and are supported by other women who understand exactly where they are. After participating in one Sister Circle, one woman shared, “I’m feeling more confident and brave from meeting you ladies.”
Cake Tastings - informational and inspirational sessions on topics that matter from the group. Presented by Kim and by guest speakers
if you live in Regina, we meet in person the second Friday night each month.
CAKE Life: you can subscribe monthly for $58 CAD/month plus taxes, or join the community for for a year (a savings of $96).
